Enrol your child

Children from families who are prepared to support Catholic ideals and principles may be considered eligible for enrolment in a Catholic school.

Children from non-Catholic backgrounds are accepted in most schools, but acceptance will depend on vacancies and local policies. If you are not Catholic and wish to enrol your child in one of our Catholic schools, please call the Principal for further information.

Rural and remote high school aged students seeking enrolment in a Catholic secondary college in Leeton or Wagga Wagga are encouraged to make an inquiry about weekly boarding at either St Francis de Sales Regional College, Leeton, or Mount Erin Boarding School, Wagga Wagga. Both boarding schools cater for boys and girls from years 7 – 12 and offer opportunities for after school activities and onsite access to tutors and school library resources.

Please download the Catholic Schools Office Enrolment Policy for details.

Parent Involvement

Parents are the principal and first educators of their children.
The importance of parents and the local community in our education endeavours is paramount. Our Catholic schools seek to promote and develop partnerships with home and the local community to support contemporary approaches to student learning.

Co-operative and collaborative relationships between parents and schools are valued. We continue to offer at the school level technologies and other mediums which are accessible to parents and keep them meaningfully connected in their children’s learning.

Parental involvement in transition programs at school level is encouraged and parental involvement in a range of school practices is invited.

Partners 4 Learning

Partners4learning is a portal designed to strengthen bonds between Catholic schools and parent communities.

The portal is a “one –stop –shop” produced by the Council of Catholic School Parents (CCSP) and provides resources to create, strengthen and evaluate parental engagement with schools.

Partners4learning offers streamlined processes for teachers and assists in building practical partnerships with parents and parent teams.
